Bates Electric did a fantastic job! They replaced my electrical box and installed a generator plug. They also added some lighting across my house. They were the best deal in town and did high quality work. I appreciated that they replaced the box quickly to limit the time without power. I definitely recommend and will go back if anything else comes up!

This is the after, wish I could’ve got a before pic. (Its night and day) I shopped around for rates and these guys gave me the best rate. Im a new homeowner that needed a plug for a my oven installed. Upon inspection Baron realized I my old box wasn’t to code. Him and his team installed this new one , labeled it , and rewired the cables to make it look neat & clean. This was my first time working with an issue like this. They made it easy to and were professional. Highly recommend for the Dayton area! Thank you Baron & Matthew!

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. The service was prompt, friendly, and extremely well done. I had called several other electricians, all of whom told me it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could do any troubleshooting, but Bates Electric couldn't have been more accommodating. I will certainly use them for any of my electrical needs in the future.

Turkey in the oven on Thanksgiving day, we had an electrical problem with our breaker box that morning causing total electrical failure. We called several electric companies who could not send anyone out on the holiday. Was only able to reach Bates Electric who sent Ethan out right away. Ethan literally saved Thanksgiving after promptly diagnosing and fixing a problem with our breaker box.

We called Bates after getting several outrageous quotes. Bates gave us a quote that was more inline with what we were thinking and within our budget. The work was done just a few days later and the guys were here on time and gave us a call beforehand to let us know they were on the way. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. We would definitely recommend their services.

Baron is extremely knowledgeable and professional — he makes everything look easy, but it’s clear that comes from years of experience. He got everything done right on the timeline he promised and even went above and beyond. His prices are very fair, and communication was excellent from start to finish. After one of my outlets suddenly began sparking and smoking (not installed by Bates), I called Bates Electric requesting emergency service. They were able to get someone out right away, and Ethan quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The promptness and professionalism was incredible.
